Both are capable of casually knocking back an attack suggested to be capable of destroying the mortal realm and Otherworld (comparable to the combined force of SSG Goku and Beerus' clash), so Minus Energy Power Ball ~ SSG Goku + Suppressed Beerus (BoG Arc). At that point, it gets into whether or not we're talking about the manga or anime continuity.

Manga-wise, YXL's attack should be above SSB tier via-scaling, though likely below PSSB tier. I'd say it's fair to place SS4 Gogeta/Vegetto on PSSB tier at least.
Anime-wise, they'd be no match for Kaioken x10 SSB Goku or the version of Hit who competed with him via-scaling.

Gogeta SSJ4 can destroy more than 2 Universes at a minimum.

Possibly, assuming the size of Universe 7 in the GT and Super continuities is the same. Pre-Super Toei seems to suggest the mortal realm to be significantly smaller, considering Movie 8 seems to allude to the Southern Galaxy to indeed be a galaxy and not a quadrant.
