Why I don't think Hatchiyack = Cell makes sense anymore

Koyama stated that he doesn't have the data that quantifies Dragon Ball and if he answer just by feeling Hatchiyack and Cell's power is about the same.

Take into account that Cell is the person to compare and him giving Hatchiyack a good fight is the subject.

Then, Koyama stated that Cell would give Hatchiyack a good fight.

Koyama doesn't put himself in the position of an authority to compare Hatchiyack with Cell.

At the end, it is said that Hatchiyack vs Cell would be different in various conditions.

As a cherry on the cake, it is said that Hatchiyack and Cell's fight would be similar not exactly the same as Kid Buu vs SSJ3 Goku's fight which also wasn't an even fight (in the anime) as Goku couldn't read his movements.

So, from everything we can say of this:
Hatchiyack >= Cell
Kid Buu >= Goku

As this is no different from asking of Goku would give Kid Buu a good fight.
