in dragonball the gawd-levels were jokes to raditz, who isn't all that in the grand-scheme of things

why can't it jst be reasoned that u7 is like the lowest universe out of all the universes & super-vegetto only looked high to us bcoz we only saw the lowest universe so we had no other universe to compare him to.

But isn't that all the evidence you need? You can't expect there to be many beings at Boo arc Vegetto's level if there are only 28 planets with sentient life..

Well, probably because we spent 500 chapters watching the Z Senshi develop from ordinary humans. When they eventually combine to become the strongest ever in Vegetto, it’s hard to fathom that randoms from other universes could be that strong.

But there are plenty of hypothetical reasons for other universes having such fighters. As mentioned before, U7 only had 28 planets with intelligent life. Maybe U11 had 2 billion planets with sentient life.

to think that everything that happened on earth ended-up not even close to raditz power-wise...

And then Vegeta vs > 10x Raditz in power.. And then Freeza was infinitely stronger than Vegeta.

It really has been he trend throughout all of Dragon Ball. However knowing how much it took for Goku and Vegeta to get to a level where Vegetto became the strongest in U7, it feels cheap that there are so many fighters way beyond this. But that’s the direction that Super went.

That is exactly the way it should be viewed.

In DB, 23rd TB Goku was absolute trash compared to everyone in Z. In Super, Buu arc SSJ Vegetto is trash compared to anyone relevant.
