Why isn't Zen'o outraged?

Why isn't the Future and Present Zen'o outraged by Goku and the others using a time machine which is a breaking of the gods taboo of tampering with time. Beerus even said if Zen'o found out about the time machine something awful would happen. Seems rather inconsistent with how Beerus and Whis stressed the issue of manipulating time and how it's a crime punishable by death but then Zen'o doesn't bat an eye about them nonchalantly using it to take him to the present.

Because Trunks used the time machine for good cause unlike he did from the 1st time where he tried to changed the history like Goku's death. Or Zeno doesn't know about time machine, the best explanation I have is that Beerus and Whis were overreacting about Zeno.

This seems likely. Zeno really doesn't seem that bright for someone who's the "King of Everything". I mean how could he not have known about all the Kaioshin, Hakaishin, and Angels being dead? Why couldn't he sense that Zamasu was destroying the multiverse and attacking other timelines? WTF?

Zeno is just an omnipotent but not omniscient or omnipresent. That's how has always been. God's are knowledgeable but weak in power.

These are the same overseers who (speaking about Future Zen'o here in particular) had no problems nor knowledge of the slaughter of their Hakaishin and Kaioshin from all across universes. It could be that Present Zen'o still isn't aware of what transpired over the course of this arc, and Future Zen'o is having too much fun playing with himself (haha) to care to tell the other one. Over all, I think Zen'o doesn't care much time travel unlike the Hakaishin and Kaioshin unless it's brought to his attention and must be dealt with.
