These are some arguments that may actually suggest SSJB is far weaker than SSJG, but it's only a theory and an attempt to make Super more reasonable.

1. SSJB is the product of SSJG Ki in SSJ. How this can be an argument is because SSJB is only an essence of SSJG. SSJG is basically the foundation of the transformation. It's also the fact that SSJB can be tapped by your own power while SSJG requires a ritual. It can be assumed that Goku and Vegeta needed to get as strong as possible without the need of others, making them at least Low-God Tier.

2. After Beerus witnesses SSJB Goku using Kaioken x2, he questions why he hadn't used the technique when he last fought him(Which was when he was SSJG) and he was very intimidated. Implying he would have beaten him back then. And something to point out is that when SSJB Goku used Kaioken x10 he was not as intimidated. Cause it's probably the fact that it's ''SSJB GOKU'', who is still weaker than him. The fact that he was only intimidated when he used Kaioken x2 was because he compared it to SSJG Goku. This imply's the following chain >

SSJG Goku (KKx2) > Beerus > SSJB Goku (KKx10)

The Narrator says Super Saiyan Blue>Super Saiyan God, though. It's also combining Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan together. Super Saiyan God was just a ritual where he obtained powers from the other Saiyans. His Super Saiyan was totally separate from it.

I don't think Beers was really scared, just surprised he had something like that up his sleeve.

The problem is, it was implied that Hit > SSJB x10 Goku by the end, even if only because of his Time Leaps and other techniques, and he didn't try to fight back against Champa.

This is a common misconception. But it MIGHT be a possibility. The type of narrator within Dragonball Super doesn't actually have any sort of authority or influence within or over the story.

Narrator
The narrator is considered participant if he/she is a character within the story, and non-participant if he/she is an implied character or an omniscient or semi-omniscient being or voice that merely relates the story to the audience without being involved in the actual events.
Obviously Dragonballs narrator isn't an actual character and is not implied or stated to be, he's a non-participant to the story, he just tells us what is going on.

Does that mean we have to take what he says as a fact? I don't see why we have to. If the story supersedes him, what kind of authority do his statements actually have? None.

Just gonna quote my post from another site:

Super Saiyan Blue is described as a "Super Saiyan with the power of a Super Saiyan God."

Shonen Weekly describes it as Goku's "Ultimate Form" and says Goku has transformed into a form with "overwhelming power the world has never seen before". That means Super Saiyan Blue>Super Saiyan God. You'd thought the original name of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan would've told us this already.

The Dragon Ball Super Manga is pretty clear as well:

"In fact, a little while before this, the terrible emperor Freeza who had previously terrorized the universe came back to life and attacked Earth. However, after meeting Beerus and Whis, Goku and Vegeta received training from Whis, managing to evolve into Super Saiyan Blue, a form surpassing Super Saiyan God. And so they even managed to defeat the revived Freeza."

So we have the Narrator saying Super Saiyan Blue>Super Saiyan God, Chapter 5 of the Super Manga repeating it, and Shonen Weekly also echoing this. Super Saiyan Blue'a superiority to Super Saiyan God seems to be well-established in the story.
