Wild Life Power Levels

We touched this subject lightly on SSJ2’s list and I got interested, so I made this thread for scaling. Hopefully we can get a better grasp of how strong Goku is. I want to see if we can keep him at that goold old 50 (10x farmer), but it might be more.

Here’s the basics. Just remember, power levels don’t scale directly to how many kilograms you can lift/punch. Just think of how the fight would go.

Bulma (Average teen girl): 3
Commander Red (Weak/average adult male): 4
Farmer (Strong adult male): 5
Satan: 6.66
Human peak: 7.5 or maybe 8

Chimp: 10 (roflstomps Satan)
Gorilla: 15? (Should take several chimps)
Bear: 20 (Way heavier/stronger than gorilla)

Bear Bandit: 30 (2-3x the size of a real bear)
BoS Goku: 50?

I can’t scale the pterodactyl. From a quick google search they apparently weren’t that strong. They were big but had fragile bones to fly. So yes, the farmer could at least touch one of these (provided it wouldn’t fly).

I want to scale the Smilodon Kuririn one shot, but scaling felines is hard. They’re just built too different.

Depends on how real you want to get
with real life attributes.
Lack of ki control can explain how the dinosaurs in the series are susceptible to basic attacks.

A gorilla may be physically more powerful
than a leopard but in a straight up fight
they’d more than likely die by bleeding out
due to the lack of adaptions prime apes have to claws and bites.

The pterodactyl shouldn't be scaled like in real life. The DB pterodactyl was fucking massive.

Ok so Bear Bandit might not be as big as we think. Sometimes he looks like his thumb is bigger than Goku’s whole body, other times Goku is at least the size of his head.

For comparison, a polar bear is like 9 or 10ft tall. Goku is the size of that small bear on the far right.

I think we can at least dismiss the idea the Bear Bandit is like SSJ Farmer level lol

@SSJ2 that’s true. From what I see pterodactyls were about that tall, but irl they’re very thin. DB pterodactyl is fat and big. 20-25 is good.

@OfficerPorch yeah that’s where it gets messy, felines have claws and are much faster. I think this one is going to focus on overall muscle strength and weight, split stats is too much work.

Even bears, Dogs/Wolves have claws and devastating bites.
Their hides are tough enough to tank claws and bites from their own species so their durability is at least on par with what they can dish out.

Reptiles/Dinos and Sharks are another thing too.
The Shark we see early in Goku/Krillens turtle training should arguably scale higher than Bear bandit and Pterodactyl since Goku opts to run or swim away from them.

We see they’re still very scared of Giant Dinosaurs, and Saber toothed cats
despite being able to knock them out.

@OfficerPorch Kuririn one shot the tiger though. I always thought he reacted like that out of surprise, but either way fangs and claws are more like weapons. Nobody would say Smilodon > Kuririn. If Kuririn is a 40 then Smilodon is 30 tops.

Yeah that white shark is OP. I bet Yamcha gets eaten alive too.

T-Rex, you guys said Roshi can take it, but I think it’s close. Surely T-Rex > Octopapa who trashed Goku around.

Always went with that. Pterodactyl might be 15 as well.

Peak human 7.5 is good. Regular wildlife getting up to 15 or so.

Remember what a massive difference 2x is.

Anyways, yes, with my father and mother. When I graduate, I'm counting in getting a pretty decent job and helping in a way I never could, helping to finally make the house reform my mother always wanted, with more rooms, another floor, a place so my father can have, in a cool way, all the things he likes... They have given me everything I could hope for to live and sacrificed so much... I want to be there for them when they get old and need help.

Yeah I’d say so. Krillen KOs it rather easily and the Pterodactyl is quite huge.

Size matters. The bigger someone is the more power level.

I found this calc that estimates the Pterodactyl to be about 160-170kg. In comparison, the average Smilodon is well beyond 200kg. Seems like the Smilodon is stronger here.

I thought the pterodactyl was going to be stronger, but turns out he's not as big as the anime portrays him to be.

That's in real life, but if we're talking about DB, would Pterodactyl be > Smilodon?

I am talking about Dragon Ball. The calculation in the link I shared estimates how big the pterodactyl is. Using just a bit of real life logic (Because there is no way of answering without it) I think the smilodon ends up being stronger.

The Smilodon is massive. Someone shared the page it appears in this thread, and Kuririn's entire body is smaller than it's head. In comparison Bulma is consistently.
