Will Broly be stronger than Beerus?

He's apparently be confirmed to be a recurring character rather than just a one-off movie appearance, so it seems likely with how Goku and Vegeta are progressing. Given Super's insistence on having Beerus remain above the Saiyans though, it'll probably just be temporarily if at all.

Kenshi mentioned it a while ago. Either Toriyama or Toyotaro apparently said they'd bring Broly back for a future arc, but didn't specify when.

I fail to see how one dimensional Broly could benefit the plot in any way, but this is Super we're talking about :ladd

I'm thinking about the possibility that the Gods of Destruction have 2 types of fighting levels, their normal or Base power and their FP or Hakai power. Where Vegetto SSJB (Manga) and Broly LSSJ only surpass Beerus Base, but they are completely inferior to Beerus (FP).

In this link I explain it in details:

You know how that works, pal. Any villain that isn't killed off will be reused one way or another. Except that instead of meaningful character arcs like with Piccolo or Vegeta, they're just there for effortless fanservice.

Watch Broly become the next Hit - once a grave threat even to Goku and Vegeta with insane progression hax, then reduced to fodder jobber in the next appearance of his :ladd

Broly is a Saiyan so he won't fall to that trope. If anything, become another Piccolo but not quite as bad.

Anyhow, Broly isn't gonna be stronger than Beerus. We need to collectively accept that Beerus will remain on top until the finale, regardless of how much sense it makes.

I like my theory that the Gods of Destruction have a Base power, the power they used for example in the previous ToP. They also have their FP form, it is when they use the Hakai, that is when they use all their power. As it is forbidden for a God to kill another God, that is why in the previous ToP, they only used their maximum power from their Base form.

Then: Beerus (FP or Hakai)> \ >> Granola (Current)> Merus = UI Goku (Current) = UI Moro ~ Gogeta PSSJB (Arc Broly) >>> Vegeta SSJBE (FP or Hakai / Current)> = Moro (OG73I) ~ Vegetto SSJB (Arc Zamasu / Manga)> = Broly LSSJ >= Beerus Base = Remove it Base> = UI Goku (ToP)> = Jiren "Beyond the Limits" > Jiren (FP)> Vermoud Base >> Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart).

Surely Vegeta by mastering the Hakai, increase his power in all his forms and the same Goku by mastering the UI better and better.
Perhaps Whis is indeed 1.5x Beerus (FP).

Another interesting point is that the Dragon speaks of the Destroyer Gods as superior to any mortal. Beerus comments that Goku fights like a Destroyer God upon seeing UI Goku (Vs Moro). That means that UI Goku (Current) is on the level of an average Destroyer God, while Beerus is one of the most powerful.

He’s supposed to be, but he will cease to next time we see him.
He's already been retconned into being weaker than Beerus. Or more accurately the movie version of events were never canon in the first place - especially Goku's one off line. It may be the reason why even in the movie Beerus didn't give a flying fuck about Broly. :troll
