I don't think she can even handle the pain the Brand will cause her when she goes near Griffith. She passes out literally every time he's near her.

I think she might try to fight it eventually. Guts has gotten to the point where he can withstand it for example. And her hatred of him is most likely almost Black Swordsman Arc Guts’ level.

That could be because every time Guts has gotten near post-reincarnation Griffith, he was always in his human form. When he faced Slan, she wasn't exactly in optimum condition either, forcibly possessing a bunch of troll intestines. It remains to be seen whether Guts can withstand the pain of being near a full-fledged Godhand member without relying on the Berserker Armor.

But that aside, I think it'd be interesting if Casca is the one to kill Griffith, since most likely that will involve cutting down her son while Griffith is dormant, and Casca has shown far more parental love for the Demon Infant/Moonlight Boy than Guts has, with Guts only beginning to accept him somewhat after he softened up from having friends again.

But tbh Berserk's character writing has been steered near a Vinland Saga-type of direction of forgiveness and inner peace so idk how fierce Casca's grudge toward Griffith will be. Guts is a naturally more aggressive and daring person than her too.

Rickert is the only person who has ever touched Griffith in his new form. I called it ages ago.

I agree that Rickert should be the one who decides Femto’s fate. I just think Casca might try to take revenge but fail. Not necessarily die however.

I wouldn't write Casca getting killed off considering how much Miura was inspired by Devilman. But it did seem like he wanted a happy ending, so Griffith will likely be killed and the world somehow put in peace by the end. Perhaps Guts will find some way to kill the Idea of Gaslight Evil and it'll free all the souls that have been trapped inside it? And he'll reunite with the Hawks again, however briefly

I would like to see Judeau, Corkus, Pippin, and Gaston again at the end of Berserk. I just think it might be too happy an ending if that happened. Miura also wanted the ending to be bittersweet too.

Well they don't have to be revived or anything. Just freed from the Hell that the Idea of Evil commands. A lot of other people like Vargas didn't deserve to die and go to Hell either.
