So I know it's critically acclaimed, but would you recommend it knowing it will likely never be continued?
The conclusion is pretty well set in stone at this point.I personally think its not worth reading works that the author himself clearly doesn't give a shit about. You will never get any sort of conclusion to it. So why bother?
Yeah because the work is an adaption of an older Japanese story. Personally I say this while agreeing that Vagabond is an excellent adaption both artistically and story wise. But man, the author does not care about it.The conclusion is pretty well set in stone at this point.
I say read it. The first 100+ chapters or so are excellent
