Probably Goku vs Lord Slug. It's visually different that the average Z fight, with Slug growing massive and the false SSJ, which is a design I always admired.

Easily Gotenks vs Hitler.

I thought Base Gohan vs. SSJ Broly was a cool fight.
Goku vs. Frieza
The earlier DBZ movies had some really good fight scenes before ki blast spamming really took over.

Vegeta Vs Bojack is also good despite it ended only like 1-2 minutes.

I'd say Goku vs Lord Slug as well. The soundtrack played in conjuction with Goku taking Slug's punch make the fight my favorite one. I don't remember any other fight I may have liked in da movies.
