At least I believe that the First Temporary Lines are those that were created in Universe 12 and the Cell Line.
Goku should have killed Frieza and King Cold in the Cell Line, but explain why Cell was surprised to see how powerful Vegeta SSJ (Android) was?
In case Goku not to be invaded by that virus and count on teleportation, surely he could have escaped from the Androids and at some point he would have killed them and no one would travel in Time. The only trip in Time would be that of the Universe 12. How do you think history would be?
