Would Vegetto or Gogeta have stood a chance against Super Buu inside of his body?

It's implied that Goku and Vegeta can't defeat Buu as they are (unfused), however, there's also to consider that Buu is immortal on his own body and impossible to kill. Do you think they would eventually get tired or would they manage to be succesful one way or another?

To be honest, both Cell and Boo were immortal and only lost because of plot. With that said, Vegetto and Gogeta would win if the plot demanded it.

Yes. Goku believed both fusion dance and the potara would have been enough to beat Super Buu.

There was no power scaling in Buu's body. Vegetto would have fared as well as the plot wanted him to.

But that was previous he discovered he cannot make a hole through Buu which he was initially convinced he could do.
