I'd say Cell would win this one. Cell has a varied set of techniques that would make him more dangerous and unpredictable fighter than Vegeta, whose only significant techniques are all generic but powerful ki blasts (more or less). This isn't to say that he would have an easy time, though, as Vegeta looks like a better fighter. After all, he displayed better feats in that area than Cell ever did, but the gap isn't enough to compensate for his lack of options compared to his opponent.

Battle Royale Universe 7:

Scenario: Majin Boo suddenly wakes up and doesn't appreciate being replaced by Freeza. As the universe is at stake, Beerus decide to settle it by a bunch of battle royale taking place in an empty Tenkaichi Budokai set in a dimension similar to SET (so that the tournament doesn't begin before they come back). Whoever loses all of the rounds will be left out for the actual tournament.

* Equalized battle powers.
* Whoever wins a round will be qualified for the tournament, thus banned from the following rounds.
* The remaining fighters are healed after every fight.
* All of the rules of the Tournament of Power applies here.

It would depend on who gets matched up with who. I am inclined to say #18 would lose, assuming she doesn't have the ki barrier 17 has all she has is infinite stamina while everyone else has better techniques/more hax on their side however if 18 does have the barrier than I would say Tenshinhan loses as the only real hax he has at his advantage is Kikoho and I don't think the standard Taiyoken is powerful enough to blind long enough to charge up a truly powerful Kikoho besides some of them such Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo are capable of fighting using their other senses such as sound.

Dyspo's quick speed attacks didn't seem to hurt SSJG Goku much, and the former's movements are too linear (as Goku himself said), so with speeds equalised Goku ought to win.

Goku Jr. oneshots. His battle power at the time of his first transformation would likely be around Raditz level or so, considering his power up in base beforehand was capable of overpowering a demon like Mamba, and Budokai Galu Jr is likely far stronger.

In other words this is Goku vs Hit from the mini arc if the fight had continued. Without the Kaioken, I think Hit would have won. Goku may have figured out a way of overpowering some of Hit's techniques but Hit will outlast Goku as he's constantly improving and in near the end he was kind of holding back as he stopped trying to kill Goku and was just really showing off his abilities to Goku.

Goku stated Hit had gotten stronger, so it depends on whether or not you believe Goku is any stronger than the version of him from the rematch.

A pretty even fight. I'd say Zamasu wins due to superior techniques such dimensional distortion.

- Same Vegeta as he appeared in the series (Ki depleted from KKx4 Kamehameha damage and Power Ball)

I'd assume Piccolo ought to have surpassed such a tier, considering Galu's gainz during that time period and Toriyama stating Piccolo spends his free time training, so Big Green takes this.
Assuming Super finds a way to align their continuity with the end of the manga, Piccolo oneshots.

Via scaling from Goten and Trunks, they get past SS2 Gotenks and no further, assuming their boost is the same as Gotenks'. If they get an enemy boost similar to Galu and Vegina's rivalry, they could be anywhere from just below Evil Boo to far above Gohan Boo, depending how strong you believe SS2 Gogeta is. If Zenkais aren't banned, they could potentially clear the Boo Arc.

MAXIMUM OverSaiyan runs the Super Gauntlet
- Broly goes through the Elder Kaioshin ritual somehow. He then spends four months in the Rosat with his Gym coach Freeza to MAXIMISE his gainz.

Scenario 1 - Hit rapes with Time Leap, since he's far less likely to mess around than Obito is and won't give Obito a chance to retaliate.
Scenario 2 - Obito's range of Jutsu probably allows him to solo if he can use Kamui to checkmate Hit's dimensional phasing.

The way Mutaito one-shotted Goku suggested quite a gap between them, one comparable to the gap between Kami and Goku (post-Chōshinsui). I'd say Mutaito takes it.

If 17 wins, make it suppressed 17 from his first fight with Goku.
