Black wins. I think SSJB Vegeta should be strong enough to clown Golden Freeza on this point and Black could defend himself from Vegeta's blows. Freeza's stamina will definitely help Black as well.

Monna wins very easily, as Present Zamasu rivaled a Goku SSJ2, when he had at most 10% of his current power. For while Cabba is not complete forrage for current Goku in equal forms.

I'd estimate Current final form Frieza is inbetween SSJ and SSJ2 I think.
Although they should be in the same range of power Monna has shown little attack variety.
Frieza's intelligence and variety of skills should give him the win.

Small portion of Energy of Destruction from Sidra vs Current Ultimate Gohan, 17, Obuni, Dyspo.

True Golden Frieza was able to compress it but he clearly struggled with it. These are characters who are current SSB level but clearly on the lower end of it (Mostly due to them fighting a SSB or a SSB level character but not showing they can match SSB at full power). Would they just struggle to a greater extent than Frieza did, or would they fail entirely?

Personally I have Ultimate Gohan (Current) at SSJB level (Current), but if that was not the case, I would at least rival. Having the help of the other 3, you could destroy Sidra's small energy ball.

Future Trunks SSJ2 (Back to the Future) vs Goku Black Base (Vs Vegeta)?

Both versions of Anime.

Future Trunks SSJ2 was not far from the level of Goku / Vegeta SSJB. Goku Black Base was on the same level as Vegeta SSJB, the latter possibly did not fight with all its power.

Even anime-wise, Trunks gets stomped. He was still a couple of steps behind SSB tier before his rage boost, whereas Base Black was already at least equal to SSB Vegeta.

Depends what location the fight takes place seeing as u said budokai rules I am going to assume stadium, at which case Murasaki's ninja techniques won't be very effective and in terms if raw strength Giran is likely at least on par with Murasaki and even if he isn't Murasaki has no counter for the Merry-Go Round Gum.

I see Yajirobe rivaling a Goku not fighting with all his power, since later Yajirobe was impressed of the power of Goku against Tambourine and Piccolo Daimao. I think Goku's statement about Yajirobe was that he was the toughest opponent he had ever met.

Kaioken x30 Dyspo vs Beerus

- Dyspo has no Kaioken strain

Dyspo is crazy fast with the Kaioken...but speed can only get you so far when you're unable to hurt your opponent. Even a Goku multiplying his power by 20 and using the Genki Dama didn't help against a suppressed Jiren, who's stated to be slightly above Hakaishin-tier. To add insult to injury, Beerus has access to an incomplete UI that may help him to adapt to Dyspo's speed in the same way Hit and Goku God did.

It's a stomp.

Baby Vegeta VS Super.

Scenario 1: Baby takes over Vegeta (Super), giving him access to Super Saiyan Blue and making his exclusive forms stronger (Oozaru Blue...)

Scenario 2: If he loses, he's helped by Super 17. Both 17 trained beforehand and getting the same boosts as 17 from Super.

Scenario 3: If the team still loses, they're helped by Nuova Zarama.

Scenario 1: He gets erased. He's up against the combined might of the top tier mortals, Gods of Destruction, Angels, Zeno's bodyguards, and the Zeno's. The sheer power and hax that opposes him is profound.

Scenario 2: Even with the help of this amped up 17, they'd still most likely suffer the same fate as in scenario 1.

Scenario 3: It depends on whether Zalama can truly grant any wish or not.
