Depends on the knowledge characters are provided. With prep, I think Kuririn, Piccolo, Cell, Evil Boo, Vegeta, Goku and maybe Beerus could avoid her transmutation ability and beat her through their superior skill. If there's no prep for either side, Then only Boo and Beerus stand a chance of winning, and that's purely banking on them being quicker to the draw with candy beam and Hakai respectively than #21 is with her transmutation ability. Ultra Instinct would be able to counter her enough that any reasonably skilled fighter could beat her.

4k Nappa VS Saibaiman
- In this scenario, the Saibaiman who fights Yamcha attaches itself to Nappa and explodes.
- if Nappa survives, the other 4 Saibaimen swarm Nappa and do the same. Nappa can access his full power to attempt to withstand it.

Taking into account the emphasis placed on Nappa's durability, he'd probably survive, albeit significantly damaged.

Raditz is a bit stronger IMO, and id anything he still can outspeed him and cut his tail of.

Assuming Blue's paralysis works on non-organic lifeforms, Blue wins. If not, I'd say it depends whether or not it's their anime or manga selves. Manga-wise, Blue still likely wins since I'd have a hard time believing Murasaki was capable of defeating someone stronger than Metallic if the latter were already close to FP Galu. Anime-wise, Metallic likely wins since Goku seemed to suggest he'd already used his full power with the Kamehameha and that he was going to use up all his stamina to take down Metallic rather than his full power.

Enma wins. He wasn't implied to be that far below Kaio seeing as how Kami didn't refer to Kaio as "far" stronger, so I'd say he'd at least be above the 3k mark.

Kaioken x100 Goku (post-Ginyu Zenkai) VS pre-absorptions #19
- Kaioken strain still applies. Goku only has enough stamina to hit #19 with one full power attack. Can he oneshot?

Goku one shots. #19 pre is much weaker than #19 post who's around Debut Trunks, so #19 is likely around Freeza. Kaioken x100 Goku is 2x Freeza.

Vegeta stomps imo. Grade 2 has to be at least 1.5x SSJ to stomp a Cell who's power up was great enough he believed he could beat a Vegeta who just stomped him.

- Assume Dabura's Majin boost was comparable to Vegeta's.
- Vegeta and Trunks are aware of the spit, though Dabura can still attempt it.

I have Dabura at least about the same level as SSJ Teen Gohan, who I have stronger than SSJ Goku (Cell Games). Even without his Majin boost, Dabura should still be able to easily defeat Vegeta and Trunks.

TFS Cell VS FighterZ Cell (dub), in terms of entertainment value.

-Goku has access to Dyspo's Super Maximum Light Speed Mode through mimetism.

Dyspo's speed is still at best between Hakaishin and Angel tier and Whis' best speed feats are nothing compared to Seiya traversing a universe sized area in what seemed in a limited amount of time, seemingly around an hour at most. Seiya still blitzes, unless we're going purely by the anime canon's scaling in which Soul of Gold implies he took at least 2 days, though considering how the Gold Saints were able to transport their Cloths to Elysium in barely any time at all despite being even further away than Seiya was when he travelled there, God Cloth Seiya still zero-diffs the race.

Super #20 VS Kamicollo
- In this scenario, Gero equips himself with an upgrade to absorb #19's reactor as #13 did with #14 and #15. Assume the boost is additive of both #20 and #19 at their peak.

- Anilaza uses the appropriate manga scaling for his character rather than the anime scaling

The team take him down. 4 SSB tier characters attacking him at once (or at most, 5 SSB tier powers if believing SSB Vegeta (post-Rosat) ~ Toppo ~ Kaioken Blue Galu) was enough to #17's shield being destroyed by a casual Ki blast to enduring long enough for him to strike Anilasa's weak point with the cushioning his allies provided. Considering CSSB is at least 2x SSB, the team at least has the power to stalemate him and have Goku open up the opportunity to use Hakai.

- In this scenario, Yamcha survives the Saibaiman and Gohan gets the same rage boost he had after Piccolo's death. Nappa can't power up.
