SSB Goku was implied to be equal to SSB Vegeta despite the latter's training, since him getting CSSB as well wasn't enough for him to qualify himself as anymore than equal to Goku.

Thus, knowing that SSR Black wasn't even capable of outmatching SSJG Vegeta (post-RoSaT), he is at power disadvantage even with the same boost as Goku. Add to that the the stamina drain, as well as the fact that he lacks Goku's Hakai, and Black simply has no chance of winning.

If Goku still wins, have him fight both Yamcha and Krillin at the same time.

I don't think losing his tail would hinder Goku's raw power, only his mobility and fighting capabilities and even if so, should certainly still be above the very hungry self that put up a good fight against Yamcha. He can still beat Yamcha but loses if Kuririn's added to the mix.

On a more serious note, I'm not really sure how to exactly place failed fusions. Something tells me they're not very strong at all. If I was being super generous I would say Veku could maybe beat No. 18... Anyone of relevance in the Boo arc would one-shot him, in my opinion.

Can Vegeta put him away before the planet explodes?

If this is Vegeta during the early part of the ToP, his chances of winning rely heavily on Frieza's stamina giving in. I feel the two are basically on par with one another, so unless Frieza fatigues, it'll come down to a slugfest until the planet eventually goes. If Frieza tires out as quickly as he did in RoF, Vegeta as a pretty good chance of making it out okay.

Vegeta from the later part of the ToP would likely wreck Frieza quite easily; as in, the battle would probably end before the planet becomes a mess.

Toppo wins due to superior power and stamina. Goku would have better reactions, but wouldn't deal a decisive blow when Toppo can use his Hakaishin aura defensively.

I even have Vegetto Base (Weakened) not being garbage for Merged Zamasu (FP). I think Vegetto became SSJB just to show his extreme power advantage to Merged Zamasu. I think Vegetto SSJ has a small power advantage, but he would be forced to eliminate Merged Zamasu as soon as possible. I think anyone can win.

Toppo didn't believe Vegeta could beat him until after the resolve boost despite seeing the Final Flash, so post-resolve boost Vegeta wins.

I got ninja'd! I don't know much about Super but I've read somewhere that Kefla is above the Genkidama Goku used against Jiren, which in turn was stronger than Kaioken x20 SSJin Blue Goku. She should win.

The anime tends to treat the Kienzan (and its variations) as futile to those who are leaps and bounds beyond the one who launched it. Examples being, Krillin's Kienzan at Perfect Cell, Perfect Cell's Kienzan at SSJ2 Gohan, Frieza's Kienzan at GT Base Goku, and SSJB Goku's Kienzan Hexa Blade at Jiren. So following this pattern, Goku ought to be able to tank it if he's aware of it. However, based on Sorbet's sneaky Ray Gun attack on Goku in the FnF film and DBS, Krillin's Kienzan may be able to slash Goku in half if he's off-guard/heavily suppressed. Good thing Krillin only through a rock at MSSJ Goku when he was resting...
