Frieza was weaker than Base Goku (RoF Saga), yet his Golden form allowed him to reach a notably greater plateau of strength than SSJB Goku (RoF Saga). It was made detectable that SSJ Goku (U6-7 Saga) was required to overwhelm Frost, so if the latter gets the same Golden boost as Frieza, he would dominate the SSJB's worse than Frieza dominated SSJB Goku. If stamina becomes an issue for Frost, he always has his poisonous needle for backup.

Watagash boosted someone [Barry] that's peak human at very best to around Base Gohan's (who is comparable to current Base Goku as per the latest episode) level, then eventually past Base Gohan's level as the mutation developed.

Namek Frieza is illogically more powerful than Barry, and it's likely that Watagash would feed off of much more evil from him than Barry, so Namek Frieza would probably take this.

Vegeta (pre-Majin) vs Broly (M10)

If they fight at equal forms, then I think Broly would win rather easily. At max strength, however (SS2 & LSS respectively), then I think Vegeta would edge out the win.

Base Gohan (M8) vs. SS Goku (Yardrat)

Base Gohan wins handily, I have him around 17's & 18's level.

Rules:
* Vegetto's fusion is unlimited and the Z boost applies.
* Vegetto has godly ki thanks to Goku doing the ritual with Gohan, Trunks, Goten, Pan and Vegeta all from GT, as well as Vegeta getting it on his own.
* Vegetto is allowed to use SSJB as well as the Kaioken up to 10.
* As implied above, the opponents receive the Watagash boost.

Piccolo's probably just a bit weaker or perhaps even with 18, but I'll go with 18 cause of limitless stamina and she's much more serious than 17.
