Yamcha vs Chaozu at the 22nd tournament

I say Chaozu wins. Yamcha may be stronger but Chaozu has his telekinetic trricks and seeing as Yamcha is a more arrogant fighter than Krillin I doubt he would figure out how to outsmart Chaozu in time.

Yamcha might be arrogant at times, but he's not above fighting intelligently. The Suke-san fight for example or suggesting cutting-off Goku's tail.

So I say Yamcha wins.

I'd be more willing to give Yamcha the benefit of the doubt. Plus, Yamcha could use the Kamehameha a lot better than Kuririn at this point, so that would help if Chaozu starts spamming Dodonpas.

The sideline team will help Yamcha out with the win by confusing Chaozu aboutmath problems.. (Bulma,Puar,Oolong, etc)

They're almost equal power wise, with Yamcha holding a slight advantage, seeing as Chaozu was already pretty close to Kuririn. I'd like to see a scenario like this:

Chaozu : 38
Yamcha : 39
Kuririn : 40

With his barely notable power advantage, I think Yamcha would force Chaozu to use the Dodonpa (since I think the telikinesis was more like a "last resort").

Kame Sen'nin : You’ve made magnificent progress, Kuririn…! If you had hit him with a properly taught Kamehameha, that one hit would have completely decided the match

Since Yamcha's KMHMH was proberly trained, unlike Kuririn's, I think he'd have decided the match with it.

I don't think Yamcha properly trained the Kamehameha, Roshi was surprised he could even use the attack. It might still be stronger than Kuririn's since he's probably tested it out before though, but eh.

I still give this to Yamcha since Chaozu is dumber than a pill-popping 90 year old meth addict.

Well Roshi was also surprised at Goku knowing the KMHMH, even though it was enough to totally cancel his own trained KMHMH.

Roshi wasn't surprised Goku could use it since he already showed a basic version of it in Mt. Frypan. He was surprised the technique he honed for so many years was equalled by Gokus

Yamcha had the Wolf Fang, which is a weak version of kaioken, so he could produce greater power than Krillin. I think he
wins.

Oh right I forgot about that. But the KMHMH Goku created was only enough to destroy a car and open a small hole in that Pilaf's brick wall. Roshi was still in disbelief about Goku making a KMHMH as big as his, right?

This isn't even a serious fight. Yamcha wins this easily.

Kuririn had a lot of trouble with Chaozu, so going by that it definitely wouldn't be easy for Yamcha.

lol, imagine. If Chaozu actually knew how to selfdestruct here and was on the losing end, we might see a repeat (or progenitor) of the Saibaman fight :troll

Yamcha is stronger and smarter than Krillin.

At best he's about on par in the 22nd. He did well against a heavily suppressed Tenshinhan, but Krillin did better against a less suppressed Goku.

Well when Goku started using more effort, he dominated Kuririn without problems.

Kuririn >= Yamcha. This was explictly stated, there's no reason to think otherwise.
