l0l i do bloat sometimes, but that's the reason (& probably something-else) that i can never make a db level-list, bcoz i might bloat the list to hell & back

doing scales gives me the freedom to change fast to how i like it at certain moments or do diff. versions of the same scale, without having to change every number (like u'd do in a power-level list sometimes)

I don't think match level Goku was waaay irrelevant to Tenshinhan. When Goku used the "disappearing out of sight" trick on Kuririn Ten remarked that he could only faintly see it himself, and considered it to be an astounding speed. More likely Goku was just taken off guard at how it wasn't effective because he was only gauging Ten off what he showed against Jackie Chun, although it seems that match level Goku would've died/been seriously injured by Ten's volleyball attack if he hadn't been hiding reserves.

True, but then again to me it seemed like Tenshinhan was fighting more casually at the beginning, but I doubt it'd suppress most of his strength, but if you follow Piccolo-Daimao saga statements that's what it could be.

I'm rereading the entire Dragon Ball (I'm now in the beginning of the 22nd Budokai). Once I'm finished, I will work on my new list, though it probably won't be too different from my other non-scouter lists.

I also generally don't have Tambourine being many times stronger than Cymbal. This is a pain to work numerically considering I feel Cymbal was noticeable stronger than 22nd Budokai Kuririn and Yamcha. I generally have Tambourine 1.5x stronger than Cymbal and it's fine IMO.

That's true, but I just take that as "filling in the gaps". At the tournament we didn't perceive the difference to be that high, because nothing showed us that Goku was that much higher than them, but then the Piccolo-Daimao tells us just how high Goku was compared to the others.

It is that this is based with the actual scale. Someone in real life 1.6x stronger than the other, very hardly kills one blow, while in the series no.
