For this 'what if', assume Bojack movie takes place in canon timeline, regardless of your headcanon.

If it took place in the canon, it would have to be over 3 years after the Cell Games, since there was a 3 year timeskip between Trunks killing the #17/18 and Cell of his timeline. Based on Marron's age, Kuririn and #18 would already be married at this point so he wouldn't want Zangya to do anything. Zangya would batter him a bit before forcing herself on him, at which point #18 would arrive to fight her. #18 gets killed, Kuririn gets laid against his will and #18 is revived after Bojack's death, with the movie and the main timeline going the exact same from there.

And 3 years doesn't fit with Chi-Chi implying it had only been a few months at most since the Cell Games when she talked to Bulma in the audience.

Indeed, but the OP stated it takes place in the canon timeline. Assuming withheld means the manga timeline where it would have to take place no less than 3 years later as opposed to the anime which only refers to the gap as "some time" then obviously the setting and some events of Movie 9 would be altered to fit with that.
If he only means the anime's canon, then all that changes is that Kuririn gets another ex by the end of the fight with Bojack.
