Probably henchmen. Also there's some of Goten and Trunks where they look exactly the same. But Goten is referred to as "Uncle Goten", which is why I assumed Pan.

I'm reading that kindergarten starts at age 3 in Japan so there's a time skip but not that much, assuming this is accurate.

In an earlier trailer Trunks was seen to be a kid, so was Goten. Might be wrong and maybe they'll timeskip a bit after that clip, but I doubt it knowing AT's track record.
