Definitely great news. I hope that they keep the remainder of the manga as concise as possible so they don't stray too far from Miura's vision. That in itself is sad, as I'd have loved to read the full story that Miura intended to write, but it's the best possible outcome at this point in time.

They actually plan to end the current story arc in six chapters, however. That sounds rushed to me.

The Sea God "arc" is part of Fantasia. And since all of Studio Gaga works on Berserk now rather than Miura doing most of the art like in the pre-Druanki days, we might get more pages per chapter.
