Gokuu never sensed Vegett's Ki so he wasn't counted when Gokuu said Super Baby 1 was the strongest Ki he ever felt

Perfect Files says Vegett was perhaps stronger than SS4 Gokuu meaning he's at least just as strong. Since we never saw SS2 or SS3 Vegett, they were only talking about SS1 Vegett

Goku’s consciousness was fused with Vegetto though, so he might have an idea of how strong he was as Vegetto.

Feeling your own strength isn't the same as sensing somebody else's Ki.

Wouldn’t that be Super 17 or Omega Shenron? They’re both stronger than SSJ4 Goku.

Baby-Vegeeta says this after receiving power from Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Bra. He wasn't being literal, because he didn't receive any from Gokuu or Pan. Furthermore, Baby is the one speaking here and he never saw Vegett; he's not always going to be accessing Vegeeta's memories.

Potala and fusion in general aren't specifically "Saiyan power", anyway. Otherwise you'd think he'd have Goten and Trunks donate their energy as Gotenks.

If you think just a bit about it, SSJ Vegetto = SSJ4 Goku doesn’t make any sense.

Golden Oozaru is obviously 10x SSJ3, and Goku was on SBV2’s level after that. In turn, SBV2 going Golden Oozaru put him on par with SSJ4 Goku. That means SSJ4 is 100x SSJ3, more or less.

That also means Base Vegetto is stronger than GT SSJ3 Goku. Base Vegetto is at best = Majin Boo. Base Goku is stronger than Majin Boo, but SSJ3 Goku is weaker?

This also applies to @SSJ2’s scan. Base Goku > Boohan means SSJ3 Goku alone blows Super Fraudetto out of the water. Baby is just saying he’s the strongest now. This isn’t a reference to a character who’s not even mentioned in all on GT.

GT has smaller SSJ multipliers though. SSJ Vegetto > SSJ3 Goku > Base Goku >= Base Vegetto > Gohan Boo can be true.

Well that’s the thing. I don’t think a vague statement from Rildo should change the multiplier. Why? How? SSJ isn’t meant to change. It’s always 50x.
