    Obviously it was canon when it first came out, but it has since been retconned away by the manga that Toriyama supervised. Birus didn't use anywhere near 70% of his power against Gokuu, who never absorbed the power of Super Saiyan God.

    He restored Vegeeta's body to a state it was in shortly before his death. Future Gohan's arm was long gone when he died. Also kinda of note, Grandpa Gohan remains an old man in the afterlife. Enma clearly doesn't restore you to your prime.

    He didn't Spamming Shin Kikouhoh was gonna kill him before Gokuu gave him a Senzu. He wouldn't have needed to spam it on Eighteen, but the point is that it's not reflective of Tenshinhan's overall strength

As someone in their 40's you should help a mentally handicapped kid who is in their 20's not bully them. You're probably twice my age or more so you should be kind and act as my mentor or teacher in life instead of destroying my life with your evil. The older generation should lead the younger one.
