Did he? I remember Vegeta saying something about Goku surpassing SSG after the BOG arc, but then there's SSB surpassing SSG being treated as a big deal, implying it hadn't been accomplished yet. This shit is confusing me.
I feel like his speech would have had more of an impact if Son Goku was truly the last remaining Saiyan (full blooded at least). Then again, I am one of those people who believe the series should have ended at the Freeza arc.
The writer of Episode 114 literally forgot that Kale had already transformed at will into her Berserker form back in 101. Goku is acting as if the last time she was in that form was when he fought her back in 100, and Caulifla is even surprised that Kale can even transform back into it. :facepalm
