Kid Piccolo vs Tenshinhan (23rd Budoukai)

Kami confirmed that Kid Piccolo was even stronger than Gokuu was in the Daimaoh arc. Tenshinhan was on par with weighted Gokuu at the 23rd Budoukai. Who wins famalam

    Outlaw Star

It definitely feels more like a generic Shounen than Cowboy Bebop and Trigun do. I don't mind Gene as a protagonist, but he's kinda bland. Jim's just a snot-nosed brat. Melfina's boring, and I can't take her seriously when she gets naked every episode to help pilot the ship (just an excuse for...

    Outlaw Star

Got to episode 4, and they killed off eyepatch waifu already? She was carrying the show for me, and not just because she was hot. I don't wanna keep watching lol

    Outlaw Star

Never really watched this series until now. I'm sure I had seen it on Toonami as a kid at some point, though. Started watching it, and I'm actually enjoying it. Not a blatant Lupin ripoff like Cowboy Bebop. The protagonist isn't annoying af like in Trigun. There's an annoying little kid in the...

    Shadow Skill

When I first saw Elle (orange haired girl), I thought of ThunderCats lol.

    Trigun

Skimming through the manga, I guess Vash isn't as annoying but the only other difference I can tell is that the order of events is different lol The manga's artwork is rather sloppy, too.

Can you tear off Bobbidi's "M" symbol?

Like, Vegeeta got it on his forehead, but what if he tore off the skin on his forehead? Would it be underneath his skin?

    Trigun

Some people say Trigun is one of the greatest manga ever. Did the anime really change a lot? I appreciate that they condensed the story to 26 episodes. I also gotta say, Vash's "killing is wrong" shtick was pretty annoying lol. Funny how a character can be both kinda awesome and totally...

    Trigun

I don't see the point in a CGI remake with new character designs. I'd have preferred them to make a more faithful adaption of the manga with modern 2D art and animation. Maybe a few CGI bits here and there. The 2010 movie is the best Trigun ever looked.

    Trigun

Ah, I was pleasantly surprised to learn Trigun had an animated film in 2010. Just finished watching it, although I might have to watch it again since I was falling to sleep lol. Not to knock on the film; I just haven't been sleeping well lately. Alright, I watched the parts I slept through. I...

    Space Dandy (2014)

Always felt it looked stupid. Is it basically just a goofier comedy version of Cowboy Bebop?

What Was The Very First Manga Or Anime That Showed An Elevated Transformation?

    It's a manga. A manga is a Japanese comic.

    Chichi vs Yajirobeh (23rd Budoukai)

I was watching OG DB on Toonami when you were still swimming in your dad's nut sack. Make some more shit up, why don't you.

    Chichi vs Yajirobeh (23rd Budoukai)

Nope, they think Chapa would give Gokuu trouble, not that he would beat any version of him.

What Was The Very First Manga Or Anime That Showed An Elevated Transformation?

The earliest one I can think of that did limit-breaking transformations was Astro Boy when he gets upgraded to have 1 million horsepower. This came out in 1964-1965. I'm sure the very first one was much earlier.

    Trigun

Just finished it. I will say Cowboy Bebop had a more memorable finale, but Trigun is still the better series.

Rate the last Anime/Manga you finished out of 10

Finished Trigun's anime. It was dumb, but I enjoyed it. Better than Cowboy Bebop. I would rate it ... 4.5/10, maybe? XD

    Chichi vs Yajirobeh (23rd Budoukai)

So you admit Chichi has shit potential lol

    Chichi vs Yajirobeh (23rd Budoukai)

Equal at most. Kurilin, Yamcha, and Roushi think Chapa will challenge based on his rep and nothing more. Gokuu stomping someone who's only about as strong as he was 3 years prior shows his progress.

    Chichi vs Yajirobeh (23rd Budoukai)

22nd Budoukai Kurilin, Yamcha, Chapa, and Panphut <= Baba arc Gokuu 23rd Budoukai Chapa <= 22nd Budoukai Jackie Chun 23rd Budoukai Chiaotzu and Chichi <= 22nd Budoukai Gokuu 23rd Budoukai Yajirobeh and Tao <= Old Daimaoh 23rd Budoukai Kurilin and Yamcha <= Daimaoh arc Gokuu 23rd Budoukai...
