I usually put Oozaru Gohan around 3000. There was a time when I put him at 13070 but I was a padawan back then, putting Oozaru Gohan above post Kaio Goku is madness.

Just have Masenko a distant rival and fit Oozaru in between. I don't think Oozaru Gohan being like twice initial Nappa is suggested at all.
