What multiplier do you give to Vegeta's SSJ2 in Episode 16 of DBS?

At least in that episode, Whis mentions that Vegeta has gotten stronger, which means SSJ2 Vegeta (Episode 16) > SSJ2 Vegeta (Enraged). Could it be that Vegeta used an Improved SSJ2 in that Episode?

I like having the SSJ multiplier being 50x the Base, but I feel like there are some exceptions such as Arc Android, also fusions (with the exception of Vegetto in Arc Boo), also in DBGT, ToP and Post ToP.
