I think that'd be a too lame weakness considering Kingdom's overall reliance on more refined psychological weaknesses imo. Lame in the sense it's kinda obvious, and true for many there who hold someone as a person they'd trade places with.

Yeah, I still think Tou has it slightly, but dunno....

If it's a head on clash tho, with both armies fighting directly, then Ousen as he's well more versed with strategic army battles. If it's a battle in which the armies still need to collide and there are other variables, they haven't found each other yet, then it may be another story... Maybe...

I think it's hard to answer. At first I thought Ousen was a better strategist when he bested Riboku in the Shukai plains. But later, after Kanki getting close to smashing Riboku, with Riboku saying they might have fought the strongest Qin general, I thought Kanki was indeed the strongest. But...

I think Goku was special, but I don't know if it was by birth in a sense he had that potential in him all along, but in a sense that his sheer dedication and willingness to improve kind of awakened a huge potential inside him with time. Rare cases of potential growing increasingly with effort...
