This isn't about better or not. I'm simply asking who has the best grasp and most general knowledge of the series.

The two that immediately spring to mind for me are 2) Vegeta deciding to let Semi Perfect Cell achieve his final form. 1) Goku saying he didn't kill fat Buu because he wanted to make way for the younger generation. It could just have easily been "I might've been able to, but the transformation...

I guess maybe the final blow indicates that Vegeta needed to exert himself more than like Beerus finger flicking Goku. But the anime does make it seem like it would be incredibly easy for him to kill Pui Pui

So you'd give Pui Pui a battle power in the tens of millions correct?

When it comes to Dragon Ball. Who has the most breadth of knowledge?

It seems if Vegeta wanted to he could have just oneshot him in base.
