It's the same. He's shook. He's probably about the same as he was against 1st Form Freeza.

I think it implies Goku's burst power isn't his full power. I think it's written in that way, Vegeta not thinking of Kaioken and Freeza Force never thinking about Oozaru Vegeta.

I think he realizes Goku has more than 65k because he says something like, "The power is takes to do that..." Honestly, I feel like Vegeta never got this idea in his head enough. Shouldn't he assume that Ginyu can't match a multiplied Goku?
