In RoF he said something that some-what struck me. He said something along the lines of "I'm losing to even Vegeta now". Does Freeza still see Vegeta as not on his level? Does he consider Goku as his only true rival? Maybe Freeza still sees Vegeta as the fellow he bossed around for years and...
