My numbers: SSJ Vegeta: 840,000,000 Final Flash (hypothetical): 2,520,000,000 1st form Cell (Post): 2,800,000,000 Cell would be on slightly better shape than when he received Android 16's Hell Flash, but that's just my prediction.

Given how he use more ki blasts than physical punches (being only Vegeta one he used) makes me believe he ain't thinking on fighting Gohan or others.
