Since Vegeta never yelled Kienzan when he threw it, I think that Vegeta just threw an ordinary blast. Same case with #18 and the kids.

I notice on a lot of battle power lists, people put the Genki Dama below 100% Freeza, but I'm not sure if that's right or not. Goku already acknowledged that Freeza wasn't bluffing about only using 50% of his power, so shouldn't he have made the Genki Dama whilst taking that into account? :sure
