Piccolo > Vegetto? I know he's supposed to fight Frost, but Piccolo being that strong and still being weaker than SSJ Gohan doesn't make sense. And this is coming from the guy who used to think Piccolo was stronger than Majin Buu in ROF.

Piccolo those 3 days apparently had a dimensional axed. It shows us the advance, the Piccolo Makankosappo seems at least rivaling Frost Third Form, which in turn, is at least greater than Goku Base. But first we must see Chapter 34 to find out how powerful Piccolo.

Goku's Base form is still weaker than his Super Saiyan 3 (Boo Saga) form by a wide margin. Piccolo's increases are even less than they were from the Android Saga. Goku was intended as the strongest in the Boo Saga and by that logic; his base form cannot surpass his previous limits.

Even if you think gotenks is weaker than goku in the buu arc how the heck can frieza be much weaker than ssj3 goku's level even post transformations, when he is ATLEAST much stronger than ssj gohan who in turn is stronger than ssj gotenks (post) in his first form?

And since goku is at frieza's fourth form's level in base this does not work out unless you purposely nerf frieza's gains between each form (ttremendously if i may add) in an attempt to make it do so.

Via scaling, even Base Goku should be ridiculously above Vegetto at this point, yet also a lot weaker than 4th form Frost, who Piccolo defended against without too much trouble for a while and would've beaten if the Makankosappo hit.

No, he's not. Kuririn explicitly stated that Goku had never been that strong before when he fought 4th form Freeza, making it blatantly obvious that at bare minimum, DBS Base Goku (Post-God) >> SS3 Goku. Before you start using the conjecture of it only referring to his base power, that makes little sense when considering statements of this wording hardly ever refer to purely the character's weakest state. Whatever he was "intended" to be at doesn't matter when what he's at is clearly something completely different.

Amusingly Gohan was holding his own somewhat against this Piccolo. Unless dat Toei hax only benefited this Piccolo randomly just before the match, I suppose Gohan actually got haxed gains in a Toei-dominated product for once

Krillen cannot sense the presence of a god, so his statement is a false pretense and doesn't account for anything.

He's also contradicted by Whiss, who says they aren't anywhere near the level of gods.

To make up for not actually posting my top 10 when I did post here earlier I'll say that my top 10 is more or less similar to SIAD's, but I would possibly consider putting the Zen'Oh's two bodyguards above Vados and Whis, and until it is confirmed, not put SSJB Vegeta and Goku (without Kaioken) above Golden Freeza - as there's insufficient evidence as to whether their small gains in the Rosat were enough to top Freeza or not. I wouldn't consider Freeza above them, either, though.
