100% Freeza

I remember RandomGuy96 used to make some good points about Freeza being at 100% (as strong as ever) when fighting Goku. Wish I could find it.

I was going to give my take on the subject of how much strength did Freezer lost on the Genkidama, but I'll wait a bit to see if you find what RandomGuy96 said first, so I can take what he says into consideration before posting anything.
