Dragon Ball Super anime ended five years ago, and its run lasted three years. It's been off the air for almost twice the time it ran.

I was out of the loop for a long time but Super feels like it's been around for like 15 years

not really. Depends on how much different stuff you do. Unlikely to be as novel and varied as school, but post-school how much of a blur it is isn't directly linked to age. 2018-2019 is less of blur for me than say 2013-2014.
