Anime power vs Manga power

Is there really that big of a difference between how strong Super characters are in the anime compared to the manga?
Usually when it comes to battles that have to do with Super characters I see most people saying something along the lines of-
"Anime [character name] wins, Manga [character name] would get stomped though."

Can someone give me an example of what makes their powers so different?

Anime: Goku absorbed the God power and his Base was stronger by ROF. Huuuuuuuge power-up.
Manga: Goku never absorbed the God power, thus he's incredibly weaker than his anime counterpart.

I think the manga still went with Goku getting much stronger after turning SSJ God similar to the movie, there's no way I can make sense of a bunch of guys in between pre-God base and SSJ Goku levels at best even beginning to hang with someone like Hit, or initial Hit fighting evenly with SSJ Goku while defeating 10% Bluegeta solely due to the latter lacking knowlege when considering the absolutely astronomical gap between pre-god SSJ and SSJ Blue.

So it boils down to people getting beaten by a weaker Goku?

The Future Trunks saga also seems to imply the gap between god forms and non-god forms have lessened based on a SSJ3 tier SSJ2 Trunks apparently being at least somewhat relevant to SSJG Goku considering Black was deemed fairly dangerous for beating Trunks easily, and SSJ2 Vegeta (chapter 19 wank) and SSJB Vegeta don't seem to be massively different in power. Black even overtook the latter using a zenkai which I honestly doubt multiplied his power by 10,000 fold or some shit.

What about Champa, Beerus, Whis and Vados are they weaker, stronger or about the same in the manga?

They're probably weaker in the manga since it doesn't feature Kaioken.

Hmm...now I'm not sure if the Manga's power scale makes more or less sense. I do like the fact that people aren't retardedly powerful though.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he did absorb all of SSj God's power into their base. Ressurection F still took place in the manga, so Goku and Vegeta are at least above Ultimate Gohan. Like Kenshi said, the non god forms and god forms are still relevant to each other.

I think it's the Kaioken 10x that completely changed the power chain in the anime after I watch it on godtube.
