You haven't seen the booty I'm looking at.

What's your goal for February?
February is almost over. For March I want to slim down a bit, cut down on caffeine and get my passport.

Are you on schedule to move out by the end of the year?
It really depends on my girlfriend's visa application and whether or not we move into a share house or not. Collectively we can afford a modest place, but furnishing from scratch would be expensive.

What's the temperature in Australia during February?
It's summer here from December to February. This summer it has been pretty hot. Some days in the high thirties, low forties Celsius. I believe that's over one hundred Fahrenheit. Oddly enough it's been cold and rainy here lately, but I do believe we have a few hot days in the forecast. Melbourne is famously known for being bipolar, experiencing all four seasons in a day. It's a bit exaggerated but it is true it changes quickly.

Are there any Australian stereotypes that you fit the description of?
Besides a few phrases that are Australian, I don't really say or do much that would fit a stereotype. I'm not a fan of sports, I don't speak like the stereotype etc.

Do you have an Australian accent, mate?
I have been told quite a few times that I don't sound Australian. One Taiwanese woman asked if my parents were teachers because my English sounds formal. What she meant to say I presume is I don't use any of the Aussie slang or shorthand besides "ta" in place of thank you.

Does the American accent stand out whenever you hear it?
Yes, Americans sound very distinct and stick out here. Generally, they seem to speak very loudly as well. I'm more use to hearing various asian accents and Aussie accents, so the Americans and Brits always stand out.
