Good. I’m trying to focus on other areas of my life besides weight loss, like going to church, and my counselor is helping me too by looking into even more activities, like volunteering at places, and we even talked about making myself a proper schedule to follow everyday.

If you have the luxury, I find the best thing to do is go to bed early (before 11) and waking up in the morning. Gives you a lot of daylight to enjoy and you will feel more productive.
