I probably wouldn't call Saiyan arc Vegeta "tougher" than say transformed Zarbon just because it took longer for him to go down, so they'd at least have to be semi-comparable in power.

Broly >= Beerus isn't in the manga though, and due to Toei inserting the LSSJ/FP form into the movie we don't know if that statement is canon to the manga's continuity. Especially since AT seems to draw something of a line between "his" work and the DBS manga and anime, with there being no indication of things like PSSJB/Kaioken or SSJBE existing in the Broly movie which was 95% his own work.

We didn't see the Broli movie in the manga at all, but I'd wager the only difference would be that the manga version of SSB would be incorporated. I'm sticking with that statement still being said unless shown otherwise.

The manga version would need to have SSJBE Vegeta in the plot though, so that alone makes it different than the movie where neither Saiyan could go above SSJB. Plus, the anime team designed Broly's buff Full Power form and probably inserted it into the film without AT's involvement, and regular SSJ Broly clearly isn't powerful to the point that Gogeta needs Blue against him.

He did, but it'd either be just overkill for SSJ Broly (if FP Broly isn't in the manga), or SSJB Gogeta wasn't in the original script of Toriyama's for the movie since if SSJ Broly was almost close to Blue Gogeta tier, he'd have one-shotted SSJB Galu.

Toyotoro has taken inspiration from the anime before. SSBE was most certainly a Toei idea.

No much of a stretch to say Toyo would have a FP Broli in his version too.

Can't find the colored version of this page atm but I remember that it had blonde hair and not neon green hair in the colored DBS manga, plus the muscles don't seem to be as enlarged as the Full Power form in the anime. I can't really say for sure if that is FP Broly or just SSJ Broly since Gogeta is standing too far away for a height/build comparison.

Anime-wise, Beerus showed nervousness at Goku stacking Kaio-ken onto Blue in the U6 tournament and showed nervousness when Goku used Ultra Instinct in the ToP. If current UI Goku and/or Moro was something to be worried about, I think he'd show some hint of it. His "lend a hand" statement seemed more like the typical older brother having to help the weaker younger brother out of a jam kind of thing more than him being unable to do it by himself.

Regular Kaioken Blue (rather than x10 or x20) from the U6 arc is an ant to Beerus though. And the anime in general has less involvement from AT than the manga seeing as Toriyama openly said that he didn't check all the scripts for the FT arc in the anime, he just gave the rough draft and designs. In the manga Beerus only showed shock at a weak old man like Roshi managing something similar to UI really.

I can't really tell what color hair Broli has when he's about to get hit by that Kamehameha, but judging by how that scene seems to directly correlate with the movie, I think it's safe to say that Broli is stronger than Beerus regardless.

Well yeah, Toriyama clearly writes fairly concrete instructions on every arc's ending (and apparently wrote like 3 hours' worth for the Broly movie), so Broly being warped away before he's killed by the KHH was something he specified. But the FP form was added by anime writers and we don't really know if the FP form even exists in the manga due to the smaller muscles and blonde hair of the battered Broly seen above. Goku said that he's probably stronger than Beerus even in the movie, so he's at best marginally stronger and, in the manga continuity we'll need to wait until Broly's reappearance to know for sure if the FP form exists here.

Those muscles look pretty big to me. I don’t think it particularly matters what hair color Broli has anyway since Toyo doesn’t color the manga.

If Gogeta is having to use a Kamehameha against him then I can’t see him being weaker than Beerus.

SSJ Broly's muscles are already much larger than either of the Blues though. Broly is taller than them even in base form and his Ikari form seems to influence his SSJ form being already pretty buff. Maybe it is the full power form and the muscles are just smaller than the movie similar to Berserk Kale being a little skinnier in the manga even at full power, maybe not. I'm just skeptical about it because the people who color the manga clearly saw the movie since they got all the other colors right and made it blonde, and Gogeta is standing 10 feet away which makes it hard to see if Broly is giant like his FP form or just husky like his SSJ form.

It's also worth noting that Berserk Kale had neon green hair in the colored manga, and she's a direct homage to OG Broly.

Goku finished a lot of weaker opponents with a Kamehameha though, like the giant octopus in the General Blue fight or Tambourine (who he stomped). Although since the Broly movie advertised Broly as the strongest opponent of all time (albeit probably after they inserted the FP form into it late into development), it's possible Broly was a Hakaishin tier opponent even in AT's original script, and they just replaced Broly's last "self-improvement" hax with the FP form.
