He wasn't injured @ all by what ssj Blue Vegeta threw @ him. Goku Black even shocked Vegeta when he hit him & he couldn't see his attack. lol

I was referring to the fighter in your profile pic, not the profile itself. How can Goku Black (Base) be below Golden Freeza when Goku & Vegeta are way past that fight and are considerably stronger & better trained as well. Goku Black (Base)>ssj Blue Vegeta because Goku Black (Base) wasn't injured by ssj Blue Vegeta who is way stronger than his RoF version, so that means Goku Black (Base)>Golden Freeza lol

It's implied by Black's praise of the form claiming it to be at a level unattainable by any mortal so I'd say he got a pretty considerable power up. It would make no sense for Base Black to already be stronger than them if he has a trump card like that.

Goku Black said that he will reward them by showing them his ssj Rose form which would imply that he was confident in beating them in Base, but rather show them his form anyways as they are going to die anyways. He might as well show the "beauty" of this form as he sees it as something magnificient.

So the power down never happened. Even though it was shown that he did in fact powered down when tried to hit Vegeta. lol

This is no loss of strength Golden Frieza. Still, I prefer to go by Black Goku Base (Current). Goku and Vegeta have SSJB (Universal Tournament) more powerful than Golden Frieza, and these in turn are more powerful than at that time.
