1.28xI can’t lower Vegetto, and even if I did it’d be a pretty small step.
How big is the gap between SSJ3 Goku and Base Baby Vegeta?

In the final match between Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey and Goku SSJ4, they both appear to do a power-up.Is this good?
Super Vegetto: 150
Goku: 12
~ SSJ3: 75
Baby Vegeta: 125
~ Strongest form 1: 156.25
~ Strongest form 2: 312.5
Oob: 100
~ Merged with Boo: 250
Golden Oozaru Goku: 750
SSJ4 Goku: 750
~ Serious: 3,000
~ Kamehameha x10: 30,000
~ Full power: 7,500
~ Kamehameha (RDB powered): 38,750
Golden Oozaru Baby Vegeta: 3,125
~ Super Garlic Gun: 6,250
~ Revenge Death Ball: 31,250
I usually have it a bit tighter than that but that seems fine. I like 1.17x. Goku is completely outclassed but is still somewhat within range to feel excited.

I also think that "Kamehameha (RDB powered)" is the real FP. What you have "FP" would be something like a "Start Up".
I have: Goku SSJ4 (FP / RDB powered) >> Baby Vegeta (Revenge Death Ball)> Goku SSJ4 (Energy Saiyans / Power)> Goku SSJ4 (Energy Saiyans / Initial) = Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey (FP)> Goku SSJ4 (Initial ) = Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey (Deleted).
CellNot very relevant but has Goku ever backed on a fight due to inferiority? Other than Super Boo.
Vegetto SSJ (Boo)> Baby Vegeta Base.Goku saying "that's the biggest chi I've ever felt" means previous forms of Baby Vegeta < SSJ Vegetto?
