It literally works. Wow.

Gero absorbing Vegeta's blast certainly increased his ability, but he's still nothing special, he needs to absorb a bunch of people to truly be able to take Vegeta down.

Absorbing Piccolo should grant him a big boost, he goes from not thinking he can take Vegeta, to thinking he's closing in. Yet, Expected Vegeta needs to be > 20 Post Piccolo.

I'm not quite sure, I'd probably place him the same as before. But I have to dig more into this 20 Pre > 19 Post stuff you've been bringing up, it might have some merit.

You should have every saga separated and completely independent so you can easily make changes.

I put the most important character at 100 and just start from there. And don't let it go higher than 1,000 or so, time to start a new list.

You need Expected Vegeta in there though, it keeps you honest. It's too easy to do whatever you want and is an extremely important power chain, don't dismiss it so easily.

Yeah I separate Raditz / Vegeta / Namek / Freeza and so on. Trunks Saga, Androids, RoSaT, Cell Games and so on.

The more you break it up the more you can hyperfocus on comparisons.

No one should have a full power level list right now, there's so much work to do.

I doubt it. Vegeta directly contradicts this idea. Expected Vegeta has to be a thing since Gero's calculations are wrong.

And you'd be factually wrong. Numerically speaking, the humans are perhaps in range of 100% Freeza, forget about 1st Form Freeza.

The Humans in the Arc Android are strong enough to be considered of some help against 2 opponents stronger than Future Trunks SSJ (Arc Mecha Frieza), but they still call Frieza "scary". With this I would say that all Humans are under Frieza (50%), but not necessarily very far from that level.

And Gero was proven wrong time by time... If he was still below Piccolo at full power after absorbing energy from a suppressed Piccolo, what difference can it make absorbing energy from humans, Piccolo and Gohan against a far stronger Vegeta?
