Cell ( Real Speed ) should still be weaker than Gohan SSJ

I've been rereading this fight in the manga and had the impression that SSJ Gohan was still stronger than Cell (Real Speed). We must remember that Gohan was unwilling to fight and totally apathetic. I think Gohan's indifference and his apathy that makes us think that he is still weaker than Cell (Real Speed); the only time we saw Gohan use his full power was when he dropped Cell.

Cell ( Vs Goku ) 112.5
Cell ( Real Speed ) 140
Gohan SSJ 150

Cell seems to admit inferiority here as well as decides to start using a more strategic approach to beat Gohan.

A nice little trick I like to use is keeping Cell ( Real Speed ) at the same disadvantage against SSj Gohan as SPC is to SSJ2 Gohan.

Nifty little thing I like to do, not necessary but I like it. Cell is right there with Gohan but when Gohan wants to turn it on, he is second place.

I'd have Cell ( Real Speed ) at 93% of Gohan; SPC should be at 94% of Gohan SSJ2 IMO. More or less the same gap.

I heard once that, according to laws of physics, if you hit faster, your hits are also harder.

Yea for me Cell indeed increased his power too; he only mentioned a speed increase because speed is the main issue here.

Sure why not? Same thing with Freeza against Vegeta. He increases his speed to avoid Vegeta's attacks but he doesn't increase his power to blast away Vegeta's super huge attack? Doesn't make sense.

No reason to hold back ? Cell was stated to be at full power against SSJ2 Gohan, huh ? So he used his full speed without using his full power, just like Tien used his full power without using his full speed. As such, there is no need for Cell to increase his power.

For the same reason he actually thought that Gohan was a joke and wanted Goku to come back to fight him : he underestimated Gohan's toughness.

Cell clearly stated that he'd go all-out in speed. You usually don't go all-out if you're still holding back. That said, he maybe thought that his speed was too much for SSJ Gohan.

Yes, Cell went all out in speed. At his CURRENT LEVEL. Basically he was saying he has been holding back on Goku.

I mean, you could do the whole differing power/speed thing if you really want, I just don't see the point.

Cell is much slower than Gohan. It would make for a pretty decent sized imbalance that doesn't seem likely imo.

That was Anime-only, though. In the manga, his speed at FP was never commented on.
