And yes, a 1.17x gap should still be slaughter range. That's like an even bigger gap than Vegeta vs Zarbon.

How do you guys feel about Yajirobe? Actually close to Goku, or was Goku not going all out against him initially.

I think they both were holding back. Goku was impressed by Yaji's finishing blow on Cymbal, and Yajirobe was scared by Goku's assault on Tambourine despite both of them supposedly having fought that same strength....so yeah I believe they both were just warming up. That theory also supports why Yaji was having such a tough time against Cymbal at first (despite him being stated to be many times weaker than Tambourine).

What Animelover said... very well put. I just finished read Dragon Ball. Goku was probably using his " Match Level " against Yajirobe while the latter was probably warming up like he did against Cymbal. Goku was indeed surprised when Yajirobe dicided to go serious against Cymbal like Yajirobe was surprised with Goku finishing Tambourine. So I'd say the're close in power.

But I like to have Goku comfortably ahead of Yajirobe because the latter called Goku monster to manage bring down Piccolo Daimao Old. I'd say Yajirobe being 88-90% of Goku is fine.

It doesn't feel right that the Orin Temple Bullies are that close to Yamcha.

Also Goku > Roshi.

It's hard to fit, they were at least initially on par Krillin, and I'm sure they also trained for the Budokai. Besides, that's a one-shot gap.

Are you sure that Goku > Roshi? That wasn't what I'd call a fair fight. Goku got to escape the lightning blast thing for free, not to mention forced Roshi to waste a presumably large amount of energy firing a huge KHH at the moon.

Roshi may have had the advantage with the kick, but Goku's Oozaru shenanigans gave him a non-power related advantage as well.

goku at the beginning of dragonball turned into an oozaru when he was rly hungry, i think

& goku at 21st tenkaichi-budokai was rly tired by the time he transformed, in-fact master-roshi did his attack on him when he did turn oozaru

Initially Goku thought he was working with Tambourine. When fighting Tambourine, he went for the kill, so I'm inclined to believe he felt the same toward Yajirobe, which would be full power.

I didn't bother since whatever level he was at when he transformed is fairly arbitrary and not that important. I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal.

Yes ... I go basically by an old list of Captain Cadaver that sound pretty damn good. Namu being 95~96 really works better IMO, for the close fight they had.

I think Metallic is a bit too high IMO. Metallic didn't really have any feats besides being really hard to damage and catching Goku off-guard a lot. Also Goku was not going all out against Metallic.

Completed now. Ended up similar to my old list towards the end, but I'm more comfortable with this one. Still open to criticism.

he says if he was at full-power "the likes of you...the likes of you..." or something like that
