How would that even work? Dragonball Kai was to make a version of DBZ closer to the manga which meant taking out the but load filler DBZ which it didn't take out all of it but most it wound making Dragonball Z go from about 291(?) episodes to around 150-160.

Plus GT was entirely filler anyway

Shit I'd cut out:

- Black Star DB saga entirely. Just don't even attempt that worthless throwback to early DB if it can't be done correctly.
- Super 17 saga, either entirely or just skip to the point where Super 17 actually fights and montage the rest.
- Montage all the Evil Dragon fights aside from San, Si, and Yi. They're the only relevant dragons anyway.

I think it's fine beyond that.
