I am rewatching DBS from the beginning. I'm in Chapter 15 of the Anime.

I was thinking that it would be interesting to have a list of powers in the ToP as well as in the Anime and Manga.

Definitely Vegeta.

Goku: "Not to mention, Vegeta, if you'd gone all-out on him, you could have won sooner, right?

Vegeta's Final Flash was far stronger than what Magetta could handle. If Magetta didn't weigh an asburd amount it would have been an easy win for Vegeta at the end.

Cabba. SSJ Cabba was getting the upper hand on SSJ Vegeta before he went SSJB.

I don't think it means much. We have a direct statement that Base Cabba = Base Vegeta, and there's no reason to assume Cabba had a different SSJ multiplier. Cabba had the upper hand for most of the fight, and Vegeta had the upper hand at the very end. It's Toei's way of showing an equal fight. Otherwise it would've seemed as though Vegeta was getting his ass kicked.

Possibly, yes. Though it seemed like Vegeta wasn't going all out as a Super Saiyan either.

In general I agree with the vast majority.

I think Vegetto SSJB missed adding a 0.

And I wonder why you have Zamasu of the Present at the Goku Base level?
