#18 was more impressed by the boys at base level than she was of SSJ Vegeta during the Android Saga.

She may not be using 100% but she was clearly pushed as she had no problem using ki blasts against them.

I've always think that efforts = power

Anyway the Androids does not power up nor they can supress if i remember correctly so holding her effort against Mighty Mask works.

Organic Freeza is only stronger than the base Saiyans if one wants to follow the new material. If they want to follow only the manga, let it be. In the manga, there's many implication leading towards the base Saiyans being stronger than Freeza, like the base boys not doing that bad against #18, despite being in a costume whereas Goten is basically a hamper.

Anyways, Toriyama only writes a rough draft of a story for Db Super before Toei sends it in, it's not the same as Toriyama writing every single piece of dialogue as he did in Battle of Gods.

You do not have the authority to disregard his statements, regardless of your little microscope that you use to analyze the Manga.

In BoG, Freeza is above Base Goku. In RoF, Base Gohan is above Piccolo. So Base Gohan>Piccolo>Freeza>BoG Base Goku. No issue.
