Did Evil Boo use different power levels against Gotenks?

When he was about to blow the Earth up, Goku said they couldn't stop his attack.

Boo doesn't know shit. He fires anything whatever he likes, it looks like he doesn't even know that Goku and Vegeta was there.

Before we diverged to this tangent we were talking about when Boo fired off the second blast to blow up the Earth, by which time he's clearly aware of their existence even if we assume he wasn't before.

Boo was surprised when Vegeta deflected it. Beside, this is Pure Boo who doesn't care what he was doing.

no one's disputing that he's insane. But the fact of the matter is that when he formed, Vegeta and Goku both thought he was nothing special only to later change their mind when they note he was more powerful than they imagined - which highly points toward suppression (which was what the subject was about)

Only Vegeta thought he was nothing special and Goku already said if he don't go full power [SS3] the universe will go poof. Goku knew all along that he can manage something to beat Boo and that's if he is able to generate enough power to wipe Boo out of existence but he underrestimate his SS3 power since it consumed more power.

Goku didn't underestimate him as much as Vegeta, but that doesn't mean he didn't actually underestimate him at all. Him being shocked by the sheer power of the second blast and stating that's too much is a sharp contrast to saying we can manage something with this one.

First Goku underrestimate Boo refer to his size and power since became weaker and shorter. Goku being shocked because he never saw any villain without fighting and destroying the Earth immediately, beside Goku was SSJ/2 and Boo is a SS3 tier which makes him 4x stronger than current Goku.

The context itself shows how Pure Boo is the most troublesome Boo ever and trying to desroy the Earth is an introduction of his nature.

No. He's clearly shocked at the size of the attack and mentions that they can't stop it.

The point is Boo unveiled more power than they thought he was capable of in a matter of seconds. What is the issue?

It's a planet buster attack not a battle power, anyone can do it like Goku with Kamehameha.

Evil Buu vs;

Gotenks Post-RoSat = Highly unlikely since Buu just stood there and Gotenks attacks has absolutely no effect on him. There is no reason for Buu to power up and no signs of any visual or verbal increase. Plus the most important thing is at base this is where Trunks assumptions were proven wrong and Piccolo retracted his previous statement based on Gotenks performance.

Ssj Gotenks Post-RoSat = Maybe this is where Evil Buu needed to increase his power, but I don't think so since Buu was toying with Gotenks as he faking his pain and easily broke free Gotenks energy donut. And after that Piccolo said Buu is just too strong.

The first effective thing Ssj Gotenks did was head butt Buu.

The second was the ghost.

After surviving the ghost attack.
